Any one understand if I have any warranty with PowerColor ?

Hi I have a 4870x2, its working fine and all but I would really like to no were I stand regards warranty.

Bought from a guy second hand from another forum, he got it from ebay.

The guy I originally bought it off gave me a link to a review when i asked him about the warranty, which I cant link as its a competitor site but it does state at the bottom

The package is supplied with a two-year warranty that's based on the card's serial number, intimating that it starts when it is shipped out of the factory. The warranty is transferable, should it be sold on, and whilst the retailer that you purchased it from may swap-out defective cards, PowerColor handles most queries directly, promising a seven-day turnaround from collection."

From going on pwercolors site it states they don't offer any type of warranty, so I am really confused!!.

If I have no warranty then I will watercool it to add extra life to it, but if i do have the warranty then I wont mess with it.

surely powercolour offer atleast 1 year warranty....ive never heard of a graphics card company that doesnt offer any warranty

If you are referring to http://www.powercolor.com/eng/warranty.asp it just means they offer no warranty for damage caused by using the website
