Just messing with the Radeon settings for my 390 , tested when playing shadows of mordor,

Turned

anti aliasing --- enhance application settings
anti aliasing --- supersampling
anisortic filtering mode - override application settings
anisortic filtering level --- 16x
texture filtering quality --- high
surface format optimation - on
tessellation mode - amd optimized

With these settings the graphics appear much better with hardly any change to the fps.

Out of them setting supersampling should lower frame rate. This is very demanding you sure that its enabled?
With you selecting enhance I believe you must also enable msaa in the games settings for this to take effect.

Oh yer and changed rgb to full

This should be on RGB full I take it you running HDMI then.. Displayport is auto RGB full.. RGB Full is the best setting for PC so long your Display supports it.
