Thinking of learning how to make flash animations and videos. Just wondering if there are any open source free flash programs or is my best bet to just get Flash CS4?
yeah adobe flash is your best bet... I am not aware of any open source apps that will do the same.. But swish is a good alternative if you want to take a simpler approach
depends on what it is your looking to make / do with it
