Any other parents with young kids for coop games?

My 6 year old son is an avid gamer. We've been playing lots of coop games over the last couple of years, but he's getting to the point where he wants to play with other folk online.

I'm not keen on that happening with randoms, firstly because there's a lot of weirdos, and secondly because he's not up to scratch and likely to peeve off other players.

Are there any other folk with young kids in the same boat who would be interested in some online gaming together without those worries?

The games we're playing religiously at the moment are all of the Borderlands games, and left 4 dead 2 (modded with Minecraft sprites before anyone questions the suitability).

Well if you want a friendly quiet place, there is a minecraft server that I run here We are family friendly, fairly quiet, so might be a ways to introduce him into interacting with other players. I've got two nippers myself - 9 and 5.
