any point in replacing my 244t

hi all.i have a samsung 244t screen and i am just wondering how it stands in compparison with the screens released lately.i use the screen for games.what screens do you all reccomend as a replacment.i used to have a19 inch sony screen that had the glossy coating and i think i liked it more than the non coated screens.i have another use for the 244t and want a screen to get the best from my new 4870x2 cheers for all recommendations...
