Any point in using this Pelt?

I've recently uncovered a 75W pelt (so schmall! ), and am considering jamming it on my 7900GT (arriving wednesday). Two questions:


Will this help cooling, or will the load from the core (the 7900's are quite cool i've heard) overload the pelt's ability to pump heat? Will it be an improvement on just having a waterblock on there?

and second:

Will I need much by the way of insulation, Neoprene, dielectric and the like? I'm guessing it wont get sub-zero but if it's below ambient and the humidity is fairly high, isn't there still a risk of condensation?

For that size pelt you're just going to get extra heat in your loop with little if any gain.

Personally I'd just leave it, or get a more powerful TEC.

You'll just overload the pelt and it'll probably do better at insulating your core than cooling it.
