Any powerful cleaning liquid or foam for really filthy oven?

Look what it does to this penny!

Hmmm, not sure if I had it but does it really works?

I'm looking for something that you would leave it in oven for while before cleaning it off?

If it's really bad, get a professional oven cleaning service in. They'll make it shiny and new for about £40. The lazy man's way to do it.

ALKALINE based cleaning agents will clean up grease nicely but some Tri- Sodium Phosphate mixed in hot water will remove the grease, as well as the paint if left long enough.. LOL.. Sorry couldn't help myself.. – NOTE – DO NOT DO THIS, I’m being silly, this stuff can remove the skin from your hands, as it burns..!!

Mr Muscle oven cleaner can remove "some" dirt and is a whole lot safer, but if it's really bad you might be better off getting a company in that has chemicals that'll clean it up for you. Worth doing IMO, as after all, this is where you are cooking food. Even though the bacteria is subjected to high heat and mostly killed off, it doesn't look too appetising when you open the oven door and take out your freshly cooked frozen pizza.. Yuck..!!

Oh - Easy off and Mr Muscle can also strip off water based acrylic paints, and damages enamels as well, pretty powerful and nasty stuff actually... Wear gloves..

A certain auction site ...... I can't mention it cos I've been ********** people for dicussing it recently....... but they have some good stuff .

No swearing.

We are doing our oven with Mr Muscle oven mousse stuff! We have had to evacuate everyone in a 4 mile radius, and the haze is spreading. When they say use in a well ventilated room they mean it. What if your oven isn't in a well ventialted room? are you mean to move it ??

Anyway Mr Muscle gets my vote.

scrub bi-carbonate of soda in to burn and sprinkle lemon or vinegar! it works! o yeah and a bit of scrubbing.

or just get dremel in wirebrush mode. dont do this if ** ovens got a microwave in it.
