I'm curious if the cooler will fit (i've read about issues)? do I need to make any component changes for a decent overclock? Does anyone see any issues?

I'm trying to keep the cost down, more bang for the buck etc.

cooler will fit, loads have it with that board, it,s the size of the g card u should worry about, make sure your case can take it, they massive cards.
