Any prog that will allow me to copy files in a playlist?

Hi I got a couple of m3u playlists and was wondering if there was a tool that will allow me to copy the tracks from where they are in My Music folder to another folder to send to my walkman phone. Rather then look for all the files and copy one by one which would me a pain in the rear end. Any clues? Thanks
