Any programs to monitor computer usage?

Hey peeps,

I'm basically looking for some kind of software that allows me to set limits as to how long a user can be logged on for during a certian time period. The reason for this is that I'm back home from uni and couldn't be bothered to bring my desktop pc back with me (a lot of hassle on the train!!). Seeing as I also have annoying brat brothers and sisters, we're all sharing one computer over the holidays. :rolleyes:

They haven't the foggiest how to use the computer, and seem to spend half of their time changing their desktop background picture. So, I'm looking for a program that will allow me to set a time limit that each user may be logged on for.

ps, sorry if there's already a thread regarding this lurking about somewhere. If there is, could someone please be kind enough as to point me in the right direction :)

Only skimmed. Missed the limiting bit.

Surely when you need the PC, you can just tell em to get off. If no one else it using it, why limit how long they are on it. Especially as its not even your PC.
 
so your bro's and sister get to use there pc whenever they want, then big brother comes home and can't be arsed to bring his pc back.... so then kicks them off and set time rules :p
