I am looking to build a garage and as my dad is a retired builder he has totally lost track with building material costs. The garage is 5.3 metres, by 5.50 deep with two rooms off the rear measuring 2.4m by 5.4m. Garage is to be attached to existing dwelling with a pitched roof (tile).
