Any QuickBooks Gurus here?

Hey, looking for abit of help. I've just reconciled my accounts for the year. However QuickBooks had created some duplicates of transactions and while I was doing the reconciliation I just left left the duplicates unticked assuming that QuickBooks would just ignore them. However this is not the case, so my question is how do I delete unreconciled transactions?

Been a wee while since I did this myself but I recall having the same issue. When the reconciliation matched QuickBooks account figure to that pulled from your bank, you clicked on a Reconciliation Complete button. The duplicate entries were then ignored.
