Any racing chair with lockable swivel?

Hey peeps,
I've bought a set of lockable caster wheels for my normal office chair. This helps playing racing games and pushing on the pedals so my office chair doesn't move back.
Are there any decent racing seats where you can lock the swivel/rotation.?

I've been looking for the same thing. Right now a whole sim frame is just not an option with the space I have, plus it's damned expensive. Foot pedals are locked into position, steering wheel clamped, chair wheel brakes on. The only thing stopping me from really doing any counter-steering is that i'm just pulling myself around in a circle lol

dont think ive ever seen a chair with lockable swivel/rotation
best thing to do is find a comfortable static chair thats not too big
