Any real difference between Razer and Auzentech?

Anyone know if there is any real difference between the Razer Barracuda AC-1 and the Auzentech X-Meridian?

Last I read they use exactly the same chips and drivers as each other, only difference appears to be the name, looks and most important of all the price tag.

So, anyone know?

i too am about to buy one of these onc ei find out who has the better vista drivers

both cards using same chipset but razer claim to have a patented 360 sound thing so i duno 150 quid for it and 80 for the zuretech i might go for azuretech z meridian
