I placed an order from OcUK earlier in the week for the following Motherboard bundle:

I decided on the i7 option along with 16gb DDR3 2133mhz ram. Unfortunately, it arrived yesterday with the i5 installed (even though I have paid for the i7).
I've called up OcUK and they have said they will pick up the bundle tomorrow via RMA and, once received, will build a replacement with the i7 for me and ship. I very much doubt I'll get this until next week now sadly.
So I'm now faced with a dilemma. Either I take a day off work tomorrow to be in for the collection of the bundle and then wait until next week for a replacement or I simply cancel the RMA, get a refund on the i7 additional cost, and stick with the i5.
What I'm wondering is if I would notice any real gains with the i7? I want this mostly for gaming but also a bit of HD video editing.
Any thoughts?
