Any recommendations for a professional CV service?

I promised my sister I'd take a look at her but I haven't really found the time to do so. I've seen quite a few people recommend a few sites.

And before anyone says why do it yourself. You're job is one of the biggest most important things in your life. A cv is very hard to write. A bad cv will mean you get 200 rejections. So why not do everything you can to secure yourself an interview.

I also used them and they did a blinding revamp of my CV that had me interviews instantly. I got a job very shortly afterwards.
