Just picked up a 3rd gen iPod touch and wanting to avoid it coming to harm. What sort of cases should I be looking at? Have seen all sorts, from fancy ones of £25 at the Apple store, to el cheapo ones for £2.50 on ebay.

I'm prepared to pay in the region of £20, given the touch cost me over £200, but I also don't want to get ripped off.

Cheers.

The incase slider (in my personal experience) is rubbish. It scratches the back of the iPod and leave long lines over the shiny chrome.

The best case i have ever had (and I've had loads) is the Switcheasy Neo Capsule. It covers every inch of the iPod and looks good too. I paid £12 from a place based in Jersey (have to be careful no to mention names for fear of a mods wrath) but if you email me ill send you a link. Also go on youtube there are some good video reviews of cases.
