Any recommendations for USB-C to Ethernet adapter?

I've found this one which looks OK but after checking on camelcamelcamel I see that the price has almost doubled in just a few months. There are lots of adapters which include USB3 as well but I don't need any USB ports and most of them seem to have problems where they interfere with the WiFi.

So does anyone have any suggestions for a USB-C to gigabit Ethernet adapter or may have used the one I've linked?
