Hi Guys,
Curious question, but Ill explain - Ive got an old DFI NF4 SLI-DR and built my system using the original CM Stacker which has a cross-flow fan that pushes air horizontally over the motherboard.
Since the SLI-DR had horizontal mem slots this airflow wasnt impeded and helped cool both the mem and the mosfets very nicely.
Now I know this isnt an 'accepted' design but wondering if any S7775 mobos have this same feature?
If not, what other motherboards have a good setup to accept such horizontal airflow from the right?
EDIT: Probably prefer an X38 board as it seems X48 is not much different and gives me the opportunity to overclock better than P45/P35 - not too fussed about Crossfire support...
TIA
