Our Sharepoint server suffered as a result of a power cut last month and we've just managed to migrate it to a new server and recovered the data.
However, we use a Knowledge Base template and are unable to get this working and are presented with the following error -

Feature '75a0fea7-d31d-491a-9177-f0e461a81e3f' for list template '1010' is not installed in this farm. The operation could not be completed

I've tried googling for over a day now and can't seem to find a direct fix. Our technical guy reckoned it would just be a case of finding 'template 1010' and installing it although it doesn't seem to be the case.

Does anyone have any knowledge of this and can provide help?!

Are you still on WSS 3.0 or did you upgrade to SharePoint 2010 whilst you were recovering?

Your error looks like a feature is missing from the old server on the new server

Sorry I'm on a tablet so typing is slow but hopefully this may be a pointer. Let me know you get on ?

Thanks, we're still on 3.0 yes.

Think I've found the issue, reinstalling the Application Core Template and the Knowledge Base template but I've run into database permission issues so trying another user account today, fingers crossed!
