Anyone heard anything about the 12 days of gifts that Apple traditionally do each year. I appreciate that last year was pretty poor but the app is normally in the store by now and I've not seen anything.
I wonder how much it cost them, maybe they figured they didn't get a decent return on it.
Can't be cheap giving away songs and albums for free considering the speculated up to $100M amount it cost them for exclusive rights and in marketing for the U2 deal a few months back.
The golden age of Apple and maybe the whole "app" thing has passed. There always was at least 1 really good offering, but yeah recent years have been less impressive. Maybe Apple have other priorities like finding a source of rare earth metals that the BBC don't know about.
