Seeing as AMD are working on 20nm parts for both consoles as oppose to the current 28nm parts, Does anyone by chance know of any info or leaks/rumors circulating ?
Well it does coincide with Samsung getting 1GB GDDR5 chips manufactured - doubtful we will see any form factor change so soon after launch, just stealth internal changes to reduce costs.
Be more interested once we find out if they change the ARM processor - that might 'force' a form factor change as likely to be a significant movement in power usage when in suspend/resume etc...

Possibly missing your point, but these aren't ARM chips? Unless, as I've just realised, it was a typo?
Edit: ah, so there's an ARM chip for either low power mode or kinect?
Slim model after only been out a year?
There is a "leaked" PS4 slim pic floating about on the Gaf here
They're fake but I think it will appear this year sometime. No smoke without fire.
Definitely don't need to change or reduce the PS4 tbh. I think they got the design spot on from the get go.
I can't see the PS4 getting much/any smaller anyway, it's incredibly compact as it is.
The PS4 is huge compared to my wii U.....PS4 is already small, .
