Any sites compare price and performance as a percentage?

Id like to see how much better a given gpu is over some sort of standard card, like how much better is r290x compared to a 7950, adding up all the benchmarks and giving us a percentage?

That way i can see if it's worth paying more, from what ive seen you have to pay a lot for sometimes as little as 10% improvement, seems ridiculous when you look at it this way.

This shows what you're paying for, maybe 20% improvement for hundreds of pounds more, im surprised most aren't disappointed with what they get for their money or why the rate of progress is so slow.
