Any software out there that will allow me to download a website offline?

I'm currently using HTTrack to attempt to download the official F1 website offline. However at the moment it's running in at well over 200mb, I need it nearer 10.

Are there any settings I should be using so I just download the text rather than all the pictures and videos.

Or should I be using other software?

Tell HTTrack to download htm and html files, or perhaps PHP files, depending on what the site uses. I think there's an option to download, or not, linked files.
