any software that will Auto complete passwords and my email address etc ?

Hi I have to log in to my dads email address for him a few times a day to check his emails for his business as well as checking my own.

every time I have to log in I have to type the full email and password every time and I was wondering if you new of any software or even a way to allow a setting in windows XP that would Auto fill in the info for me ??

When your in IE just go to tools>internet options>content tab>Auto complete

dont them softwares, pose a security threat...i mean a software that stores passwords and information about you...

If the rest of your security isn't very good then yes. But if people can't access your PC (other than breaking into your house ) then not particularly.
