Any software to help with this?

Hi,

I have a Belkin router, and i am in a house with four other students, we are all supposed to use Net Limiter as a couple of them are renound for downloading a lot of stuff and lagging the internet bad!

I know they dont use net limiter so im wondering if there is a program i could install which would some how limit them to share out the bandwidth fairly? And maybe they wouldn't know about it?

Can you not get the router to limit the connections?
