Any software to reduce GPU fan speed?

Hi,

Is there any software to reduce the speed of my GPU fan? It's really loud...

The card is:

NVIDIA GeForce FX 5700 Ultra

I tried EXPERTool, but couldn't seem to find any fan options.

Any help appreciated
