Any software to reduce spam?

Had a quick search but couldnt find much recent.

Its for use with Outlook 2003.

Lots of Antivirus/firewall software packages have an option to have an anti spam filter that you can 'train' by selecting an amount of emails you consider spam it can 'learn' to filter them out. The two that I can think of are Eset's and Kaspersky's.

Filter your mail through a gmail account.

How do you use gmail? Its for a pop3 account if that makes any difference?

check out popfile - easy to set up, easy to teach - but the basic filters are good to start with.

I tag all spam with [SPAM] and add a rule in outlook to move this to my Junk folder
I tag all work emails with [WORK] and add a rule to move this to my Work folder
etc.
