Corporate law, if I had multi-tranche CDO's I needed legal help with I guess she would be of use!

Ha! She must work long hours, then - though not at the moment I am sure!

I too work corporate law, but not securitisation/debt finance, which it appears your GF works in, I work in mainstream M&A.

As such, I am probably of little help to anything practical too! :cool:
