Any static caravan owners here?

As title really. I have been asked to manage a friends static caravan. Advertising, sorting bookings etc. It is in Chapel St Leonards and is a pretty nice one to be fair. Anyone manage their own who could maybe suggest any good sites to look at to advertise or general musings on managing one.

Check with the site to see if there are any restrictions for letting it out. Had friends with a static and the restrictions were insane!

Try looking on facebook for any static caravan groups, I think a bloke at work used to be in two facebook groups and got most of his booking's from there. I think they had some sort of rating system for past guests and owners.

Perfectly fine to let it out. He wouldn't be doing it if it wasn't. Only restriction is no one not even owners can go from Oct to march.

Check any hiring restrictions (like dogs cannot be left alone in caravans) as some have some you wouldn't think of but as mentioned advertise on Facebook Marketplace and Gumtree, if it's priced reasonable it'll be booked out nearly all the time as I've seen loads of wanted posts on Facebook.
