Any suggestions for a good *free* video capture application

This is work related - from time to time i'd like to suggest our customers use a free video application to capture behaviour they're seeing, and send it to us.

Any suggestions?

I remember everyone used to use CamStudio for this. Not sure if it's still the best, definitely worth a look though.

I use camstudio and it seems to do a really good job for when I need it
