As above I want to put some form of roof over my outdoor kitchen equipment, want it to look nice enough and be able to deal with smoke. It would have under it my kettle grill, gas grill some form of work top with ooni and I'm going to hopefully grab a smoker.

Ideally don't want to spend too much but I guess up to 1,500 or so.

Space is about 3x3m

Thanks

I'd guess just a wooden pergola type thing with a solid roof would be all you'd need an doable for the budget fairly easily. I think i priced up a similar sized structure and came to around £400 for the wood assuming some T&G cladding on the roof.

Then it's up to you, could stick some felt roofing tiles on top to improve the looks, or enclose one or 2 sides to protect from the elements a bit more.

Are you happy to build yourself of get someone in?

Otherwise, Dunster House do similar options

thanks, I'm sub par DIY. I'd be happy to assemble from a kit I think

I got some of these last year after trying various parasols etc and they have done the trick, I have a triangular one over my BBQ/OOni (about 4ft above them) and have had no issues with heat etc. Definitely worth a look to tie you over.
do you leave them up all yaer?
