I've been going to bed at 4am the past 4 nights, as I've been helping a friend with a night he's running at a local nightclub (sound engineer stuff basically)...
Now, I totally forgot I've got to be up at 7am tomorrow as I've agreed to 2 days of 9-5 work... I guess this is like jet-lag without the holiday.
So, it would be good to get a few hours sleep in, but normally I can't sleep until I feel tired (2am at the earliest...).
Any tips on how to get to sleep otherwise I'm going to be like an insomniac tomorrow....

... Do a decent run/bike and then get back recover and you will fall asleep of course it wakes you up at the time, but once you've recovered if you've done enough you'll be fast asleep.
