Any tricks or tips for this dent?

It's the passenger wheel arch, it's an old dent too at about 2yrs. Never had it fixed at a garage because I figure the price would be astronomical.

Looks like the front wing on an old Rover, just replace the wing tbh.

Yeah, just replace that wing. Bolt on bolt off on those old rovers (had a couple in my family years ago one of which i replaced the front end)
