Any UK "hot tub" seaside holiday recommendation please

I have quite a specific requirement.

we are looking for a UK holiday for 5 probably not Scotland or Cornwall as a bit too far to go.

my mum can't get about much but can walk, needs to be accessible.with buggy access ideally with acces to arcades , pubs, restaurants beach etc walking / buggy distance.
also have an 8 year old but isn't a huge beach kid (we still want a beach tho) but he prefers pools, slides and arcades

fairly high end either lodge or house and with a private hot tub.

a house would be fine but so would a holiday park esp if it has entertainment for kids (pool , slides etc)
price isn't such an issue

we have been looking for ages and whilst there are some stunning properties , they tend to be quite remote which isn't great for my mum and we can't fit a buggy in our car to take it in the car.

Just be careful with any independent operators:

They should have drained and refilled the hot tub before you arrive, whether all operators actually do is another matter.

wow that sucks .... I often wonder whether the water is changed for each new customer, however that said whilst it is horrible (my wife works with a scientist who contracted meningitis whilst she was on location in some remote foreign village and she lost both legs and some fingers on both hands , a truly vile illness.

however imo you can't worry about stuff like that otherwise you would never live. every time I scuba dive (it's been a while sadly) the equipment could fail, every time on a plane it could crash, hell the most dangerous think I do is probably crossing the road after I have had a bunch of beers.

if my number is up it is up. I just hope it's not today..... or tomorrow but I ain't gonna not do stuff just in case.
