Any UMPC's with PASSIVE cooling

Got a need to get a PC in a "medical clean room" and the main issue that QA have with them is fans sucking in particulates and bacteria.

I need a UMPC that can be alcohol wiped and has passive cooling.

I've seen a Panasonic Toughbook is going to be released but thats about £1300 !!!!

So anyone here in the know?

You'd probably want a keyboard with a membrane, like a cashiers till.

Yea we'd probably use an external foldable membrane keyboard anyhow. Its either a UMPC or I have to use a full desktop mounted outside of the plant with cables fed through the partition walls!
