na not to much into the mod thing, i just love 2stroke vespa's lots of the chaps i hooked up with at a local scooter club are proper mods, but not for me, i ride with flared jeans and leather

Jimlad - not my personal cup of tea but a very nicely presented bike and if it makes you smile, who cares about the abuse you get in this thread (and I'm guessing there will be more! )

fair do's mate, i was really wondering if any other vespa owners were about on here. not sure about the idle speed, properly more the other way round, when mine is not ticking right the lights dim

same for me mate, i picked this up around march, first vespa, joined a local scooter club and do the rideouts on sunday and meet for a beer on thursday if and when i can make it. its fun riding with a group. i have always just liked vespa's not sure why, not a mod at all. but like chrome, even if some people have pointed out it looks like a disabled persons bathroom

i want to get a new rear rack instead of the bulky one. I also want to get some side pod chrome and a few other bits but it can be a pit meoney wise !
