Any way of finding out power usage

Hi All

Just wondering if there is a way of finding out how much power I am using when on the PC. Both for standby and when being used?

Basically want to see how much I am using so i can show my flatmate as he thinks I use a lot which creates a bigger electricity bill

Main thing I was after was cost and units of power usage so Corasik you have given me a good idea. cheers.

Monitor wise, its an LG 24"

i suppose anything that involves heat is going to cost A LOT
