Any way of getting My Videos on the start menu?

the op doesnt mean 'pin to start menu', the op means a folder on the right hand side of the start menu.

a question which i would like an answer to as well..

No idea how it works, seems to do what you want whether it has undesired effects somewhere else I couldn't tell you. Other option is to add something below the run box:
