any way of making freespace 2 run in 1680x1050?

as above? is it so simple as go into the properties and put a bit of text in? if so what?

I THINK you can go to your shortcut properties, then where it says "Start in:" add something like:
+fullscreen 1 +szx 1680 +szy 1050

To the end after the last " with a space infront of it.

Also i read about this source code project called FreeSpace open which is meant to improve the game in many ways and also gives you the option of custom resolutions.
