Any way of making this look tidier?

Hi All,

I finally got round to tidying out my case after a whole one week of owning and building my conroe system, i still feel that it looks rather messy, is there any tricks / products i can buy to help it look even smarter?

I know it wont make much difference as i dont have a windowed case however i feel that it will help airflow also.

holy big image for people who might be on 1024 or lower batman!

I think it looks pretty tidy, but you could use your ribbon cable infront of the other ones so that it hides that messyness, if you're still stuck then just keep stuffing them in drive bays as much as you can,

What case is that btw?

Its an Antec Sonata2 case

Pretty good, only downside is it only has room for 2 fans, 1 in rear one at front, so my overclocked conroe is running @ 42 - 44idle temps.

Only two things i can think of:
1. Twist the power supply cables so that then all stay close together over their length. (would work very well on the GPU power cable)
2. Fold the floppy cable so it does two right angle turns:

ala bad paint scetch.

Hope that helps a bit, only other thing would be the spiral wraps that can work well on smaller cables (e.g molex or front panel connectors).

I wouldn't worry about tidying that up tbh, the airflow wont be restricted. If you just want it to look tidy then spiral wrap or even better would be braided sleeving. I used some sleeving on my eclipse and it looks great, can be fiddly at times though.
