Any way round a rebuild after purchasing new MB

I currently have a Gigabyte S3 have just ordered an abit ip35.

Any way I can install the new MB with out having to re-install xp, would it be possible to pre-load all the chipset drivers for the new MB onto my current setup then just swap the boards over?

I understand I'll probably have to rebuild was just hoping I could put it off for a while yet.

It should be fine but I would uninstall the gigabyte (intel 965) chipset driver and other gigabyte software before installing your new mobo. Once you have your new mobo installed then download the latest p35 drivers from intel and you will be good to go.
