Any way to boot a PC with a wireless device?

Hi, I have recently built a PC that boots into steam big picture thanks to the awesome help on this forum

What I'd now like to be able to do (and can't seem to find an answer for) if boot the PC with either my wireless keyboard/mouse or a controller (currently using XBO via official dongle).

I suspect this isn't possible after my search but am hopeful someone may know better?

Edit; Hhhmm...maybe I am overthinking this? What if I didn't switch the PC off - just went into a sleep/hibernate mode? Is there a was to use wireless then?

you can get a IR module that plugs into the Mobo power jack. so when you send an IR command to it it turns on. cant seem to find any in the UK though
