Any way to change display contrast/colour temp on a laptop screen?

I have just purchased a Lenovo 15 and can only find the brightness setting. Is there any way to change the RGB temps etc as it's currently on a pretty warm red setting. I assume I will have to use the Nvidia colour correction setting instead, or is there a hidden menu somewhere for the screen?

I know it's not a monitor as such but I would have thought the screen could be calibrated.
