Any Way To Contact EA Origin Support ?

Missing a game from my list on origin that I purchased through Origin in july last year and I can't find a way of getting in contact with EA support other than posting on their sub quality forums which no one ever visits.
Any info would be appreciated :)
 
I'm not sure how you do it but it's definitely possible as I have a friend who lives in Ireland that works in the support team...
 
Is the online chat still working? I searched for it via google along the lines of ea online chat support or any other way youd prefer to word it, I remember it was difficult finding it from their website
 
There is an online chat which is hopeless I would try calling them but ensure that you are okay to wait for about 1.5 hours in a queue. I have called them 3 times one call was 3 hours long!

Ok ended up calling them and they can't do anything about my missing game even though it shows in my purchase history.
Spent an hour on the phone and I'm still non the wiser.
Boycotting EA, ******** company in existence.

That's terrible, considering you bought the game from EAs own Origin store and not activated a key bought from elsewhere.

And they wonder why people pirate games. It boggles my mind sometimes.

There really good on there they have gone throught my purchase history before and added games.
they have even given me free games before when they have not been able to do something for me.

gotta concur, had to use the online chat system a couple of times now after re-installing os and no longer having my serial keys for bf2 & 3, they earched my purchase/registration history and sorted it out ithout any hassle at all.

guess it's just the luck of the draw
