Any way to control fans that only have molex power?

I just bought an Antec case that comes with 6 rgb fans that are, disappointingly, daisy chained together with molex connectors. Since I can’t connect them to the motherboard is there any other way to control the RPMs and the RGB?

Thanks

If it is just the 4 pin Molex theb the RGB will be most likely either controlled by a setting on the fan (I had some years ago that were on or off only with light LED's) or will always be on.

Only way to control the RPM would be a fan controller with Molex connectors without making something yourself.

I still have resistor cables that were common when molex fans were, but usually you would use a fan controller.

Which case is it?

The fans may be fixed colour fans, meaning not controllable.

To control the fan speed you might need to wire them up to a fan controller. Molex isn't super popular for fan controllers so you'd need to do some wiring.

Can you give us fan model numbers?
Having fan specs makes it easier to figure out easiest ways to control them. ;)

I have a cx800... i know the fans aren't argb, but does the rgb look good?
I didn't ask what case you have.
I asked for model numbers of fans you want to control.

As for RGB looking good, that's for you to decide. Some people like lighted fans, some don't like lighted fans, and some don't care. Personally I prefer no lights in fans.

Your welcome to not like RGB fans. I asked the OP who bought a very similar case to mine what he thinks of the fan colour, not sure why it bothers you

Sorry, but you didn't indicate who you were addressing, and as you posted right after me I assumed you were adressing me or maybe everyone.

As well as cable mod mentioned you used to get resistor cables. Sure I bought some Akasa ones from Ocuk many many moons ago (back in Fenton)
