Any way to disable the 'If you change a file name extension, the file might become unusable' dialog?

Best thing to do if you want to rename them but keep the extension the same, click on VIEW at the top of File Explorer, make sure 'file name extensions' is not ticked. this way you'll see the actual filename without the extension so you shouldn't get a warning if you change them.

If you actually want to rename the extension, you'd need to convert them.
