Any way to force update synocommunity packages?

I currently use Sonarr, Sabnzdb and Couch Potato in my Xpenology NAS and there appears to be updates to all three according to synocommunity website but they aren't coming through in my NAS. Is there a way to force them or do I need to find the fault causing them not to come through in the first place?
