i currently have my CPU running at 3.15GHz, memory at 900MHz, i cant increase memory voltage as my PSU is a load of ****, so i just wanted to know if there was a way to get higher CPU clocks without changing voltages of RAM, my CPU is at 1.45v and load temps of 51c. i can get 3.22GHz but memory fails after 2 mins of orthos.
any way to get higher without increasing memory volts?

If I was you, if I had a bad PSU I wouldn't overclock at all. I would go out and buy a new one and not risk it blowing any of my components up.
