Recently moved into a new house and I've decided that we run our home internet connection over Three as they can offer 10/2Mbit vs. 0.5/0.25Mbit from ADSL, no Virgin in the area.
Signed up to 15GB/month data package but halfway through the billing period we have already used up 13GB and paying 10p/MB when we go over doesn't appeal.
I would like to double the data allowance but Three customer support people have a Computer Says No attitude and can only suggest that I sign up to a 2nd 24 month contract and swap the SIM cards over, something that would annoy me on a number of levels, not least having to navigate half the length of an unboarded heavily insulated loft every month to swap them.
Any ideas how I can talk to someone in the UK who can get me a decent data allowance, I am happy to pay for the privilege.
